These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, appointments, and offerings provided by Agnes Hayden Tattoo Studio. Deviating conditions from the client are only recognized if confirmed in writing.
A binding contract between the client and the studio is concluded upon booking an appointment, whether in person, by phone, via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram.
- A deposit is required to book an appointment.
- The deposit serves to secure the appointment and may also cover costs for the creation of an individual tattoo design, if applicable.
- The deposit will be credited toward the total price upon completion of the service.
- All prices are in Euro (€) and include statutory VAT, where applicable.
- The remaining balance is due after the completion of the tattoo.
- Payment methods: Cash or immediate bank transfer after the tattoo appointment.
- Cancellation or rescheduling up to 3 days before the appointment:
- Appointments can be changed or canceled without providing a reason.
- Deposits paid within this period will be refunded or credited toward a new appointment (as per paragraph 3. Deposit).
- Cancellation or rescheduling less than 3 days before the appointment:

- Cancellations are only accepted due to illness.
- A medical certificate must be provided within 3 days.
- Without such documentation, the deposit will be forfeited.

- If the client does not show up without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
- Clients must provide accurate information regarding health conditions, allergies, or skin issues.
- The studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in case of health risks or incomplete information.
- Each tattoo is a one-of-a-kind piece and will only be tattooed once on the skin.
- Parts of the design or the design itself may, however, be used for prints, merchandise, or T-shirt designs.
- Photos and videos taken during the appointment may be used for social media, advertising, or promotion of the studio.
- Publication is done while respecting privacy rights; explicit consent for use is assumed by entering the studio.
- The studio is liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior.
- Liability for slight negligence is excluded, to the extent legally permissible.
- No liability is assumed for personal belongings brought by clients.
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.
- All tattoo designs created by Agnes Hayden are protected by copyright.
- Reproduction, distribution, or publication without express permission is prohibited, except for the uses outlined in Sections 7 and 8.
- Changes or additions to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing.
- Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
- Austrian law applies. The competent court is the location of the studio.
